![]() ![]() The second officer gives a presentation on affordable and easily produced automative turrets that use simple Line Gun and Plasma Cutter tech that can be borrowed from CEC or produced cheaply. Along with that, the mass production of these sentries would destroy any feasible economy left after the take over of EarthGov, and the price point would make installing these sentries to few extremely wealthy locations. One officer gives a presentation to invest billions upon billions of credits on robotic sentries that use technology too advanced to be made at a minimum of hundreds of thousands of credits. Image two officers at some EarthGov or paramilitary organization trying to persuade their commanders to invest in anti-necromorph technology. ![]() I still think automotive turrets are a better idea. Robots can be programmed to only attack dead tissue that has been reanimated(robot sees dead person moving? RIP HIS ARMS OFF!).Therefore supporting any attempts to regain control of an outbreak. A faster and more detailed report about what happens during a necromorph outbreak as robots will be ignored.A better method for deep space explorations (robots don't need to be put in stasis to pass time while traveling in deep space). No Feeders or are least less of them! More rations for the robot managers!.No need for constant time spent in the vacuum of space or planets like Tau Volantis, where the environment is hard on humans. They should already be using robots for mining. So why don't humans just use robots to fight the necromorphs? I'm mainly talking about Tideman in dead space 2(the ONLY group of people who new about necromorphs BEFORE suffering an outbreak). ![]() ![]() This leads to the implication that necromorphs only kill to support convergence, they NEED organic tissue and organic tissue only. Despite the fact that they are constantly making notice and even shine light on feeders if deployed by them. The resource bots in dead space don't get attacked by necromorphs. An earlier post on this Reddit got me wondering. ![]()
